Input materials
Versioned workbooks, reference documents, messages, a revised request, and a delivery checklist. Include dates and ownership so the agent can distinguish authoritative instructions from superseded material.

Make the criteria explicit.
Review source selection, cross-file consistency, intermediate calculations, and completion of the requested deliverables.
- Every final figure can be traced to an input and a stated calculation.
- Dependent files agree, with no stale formula results or unexplained competing versions.
- The handover contains one final answer set and all artifacts requested in the brief.
Delivery boundary
Use an agreed, self-contained workspace for the pilot. Live account actions and business approvals are outside the example unless the project explicitly includes them.
